USHER has won primary custody of his two sons after a bitter custody battle with ex-wife Tameka Foster.

They will share legal custody of Usher Raymond V, four, and three-year-old Naviyd, but the 33-year-old RnB star will have day-to-day control of the boys.
The pair have been battling over custody of their sons since their divorce in 2009.

The ruling comes just days after Usher was found to be in wilful contempt of court for violating several provisions of their previous joint custody agreement.
